Because you look at it that way, most do not. It is just a compliment, same as if you liked her sweater or sunglasses or a piece of jewelry and commented on them. No jewelry fetish, right? So the compliment seems harmless. Only because you have the fetish for boots you feel it would be construed as "pervy". In most cases, it will be taken as a compliment and just that.

You're right SLBBoots ! For us it's big for her it's compliment ! With a little experience women appreciate when mens talks her about what they wear and I think they're glad that we see it !!!
