Well ,the truth is that the guys are right ,the safe thing is not to ask ,but there is a reason that this came to your mind, in my opinion you might had some signs! So if u had ,and you see her checking you out in a more than a friendly way ,just sit down with her ,have conversation ,and bring the subject of you foot fetish to her ,just like any other matter , if she is at least curious she will ask things , maybe even how you find her feet !
