What is the drive behind it?

I am just curious about the shoe-burning thing. What is it that drives you to burn shoes? My brother (Shoe Torcher) started doing it when he was about 10, and did it right up to his last days. I would even contribute some of my own to his cause, but I never could understand the joy of burning shoes.

Such a fetish or drive as You mention is not always explainable. If You go to a Psychiatrist he or she will perhaps find something in your childhood that explains this drive. But I think that it is a fetish like any other fetish. Why do people love heels, why do they love big boobs or underwair or SM or roll-plays. For me it is the same. As long as it is harmless (no children or animals or people forced against their will) there is no problem. I for myself burn the shoes always in a fire without much smoke. For the enviorment is it o.k. if you burn the shoes very hot (shoes can burn very good and hot) My "thing" is the burning of smelly shoes worn by nice girls with their story while being worn. Mostly I ask for the shoes and the girls mostly like it when they know their shoes will be burned. Beneath the shoes I have a ghood sexlife with my wife too, so I can enjoy twice.

When Michael (Shoe Torcher) and I were teens, I had this one pair of clogs that he was wild about. I always found them moved around in my closet or in my room. I knew that he was sneaking them out to play with them. He would ask me all the time if he could burn them. When I finally wore them to the point that I was finished with them, I let him have them. He got excited and took them outside. He went back into the woods behind our house and lit them up. I could tell by the stream of smoke and the smell of burning leather, that my old clogs were going up in flames. He loved burning them as much I loved wearing them.

BTW, I have all his old pictures. I would like to give them to someone that could enjoy them. I guess I could burn them on a CD and send them out. Does anyone have an interest in the pics?

I have an interest in them too, though for my own personal use. I won't repost any of them on my Yahoo group.

The only way I'll post pictures of burning shoes, is if the woods burns up.

Click on the WWW to see what I'm talking about.
