Destroying generic (no name) heels, no pain...
Probably cheap stuff IMO
But how come many people perfer burhing patent heels?
Maybe the lacquered (waxed) top layer really accelerates burning?

Not cheap, I'm sure. But not ALL leather, I think (in answer to shoo-bay). The uppers shrank in the heat like leather, but the soles didn't. So ... leather uppers only, probably.

No criticism intended - just a word of explanation to shoo-bay. And it's certainly a good way to get rid of old well-worn shoes that are no longer needed. Great set of pictures, too. Enough for the curl-up to be easily seen.
