Thanks Candide for the posts. I was getting a bit Candide withdrawal. You look awesome in those Asics. I just got the Asics GT 1000 Pink Ribbon in the mail today. I can't wait to wear them. How are the Mizuno?

Hi candide, thanks for posting the pics. Do you use the air max for serious running? How do they compare with previous air maxes (e.g. 360 or 97) and other brands? Thanks.

No, I wear them for casual reasons, general gym work and trips to yoga every so often! No good for running, too inflexible and (relatively) heavy.

These aren't my pics for once, but I'd thought I'd share this link from China, if only because I love the colorway of these 17's!

Thanks for your reply! I like the Tiffany blue accent on the Nimbus 17 from China. Are they a special Asian version?

Do you keep some of your older Nike Air Maxes?

Don't think they're a specific Asian version...the Air Maxes either get donated on or recycled.

Nice! I'm excited to see your new Mizunos. Any opinion on the lunar tempos? My current shoes are a bit too heavy (lunar glides) for short runs...

No opinion on the Lunars...actually the Vomero 10's look like an interesting option...
