Hey, it was both. Frees/Air Maxes are fine for cross training/gym work, but I realized that to me, they provided insufficient support for longer distance runs. Tried out their Pegasus line, didn't work for me either.
So I tried out the Nimbus 15's and I haven't looked back, buying since then GT 2Ks, Kayano 19/20. I rotate my sneakers quite often depending on mood and distance...
Kayano 21's so far are not quite as good to run as the 20's. Seem to be a touch heavier and feel different.
That I love the colorways is an added bonus.

Very nice, so where do the Brooks fit into the equation? Just trying something new?
Additionally, can I make a request for some more Kayano 19/20 shots. If I remember from your shoe collection photo, you have 5-6 pairs that we haven't seen high quality close ups of yet.
The Adrenaline GTS? They were a trial, but they ride a little higher than I'd like. Plus, inner stitching of tongues chafe badly when wearing thin socks. Not so good on long runs. Still, colors are nice.
I'll probably put them on sale. In the meantime...since someone asked.
