Here is the Roberto Botella bent heels which she broke during the last business trip. I made autopsy for them before she throws them away.

Wonderful she can wear such high shoes for so long. Must have very tough feet and ankles! After a couple of days in heels like that does she need to rest her feet? Or is heels day in day out?

It really depends the mood, the place and the situation. She is most eager to use heels during vacations with me. Actually me made a deal that she rather wears heels with me than during working hours and mostly during vacations.
Here is an example from our last spring vacation in NYC. I checked picture time stamps and the first one I've taken is during that day around 8am at the breakfast which we had at the diner somewhere behind 9th Ave at 34th st and latest 4pm when we arrived back to the hotel .

1. Union square Barnes&Noble
2. Herald square at the front of Macy's
3. Her heels on that trip before she bought more
4. G Zanotti suede heels which I bought for her to wait at the hotel before we arrived there
