I have let the sister in law catch me staring at her boots for the last 3 years now,its been a very patient and calculating game I ve been playing but it has paid off.About 18 months ago when she visited and left her boots in the kitchen I would partly zip both boots up so she could not get her feet straight in.Of course I had to trust her not to say anything to my wife but once I d done it a few times I was hooked and after she looked me in the eye and grinned for the first time when she unzipped one while putting them on I knew we had broke the ice.It first started with a pair of 3/4 patchwork boots which I have attached a pic of below.
