Another good one is 'Cam-u-flage', which will take a photo every time you touch anywhere on the screen (while displaying an image of your choice to avoid detection).
Also 'Rapid Fire', which will automatically take a photo every few seconds (without you having to do anything) while displaying a blank screen.

I was looking again this morning and after trying even more such as "Just Browsing" and "SneakyPix", I decided upon "SpyVid" and "SpyPic" which I believe are from the same company. They both work great for my needs. I've been having regular opportunities for such spy behavior lately so I wanted to make sure I was armed with what I need. I'm still looking for one that will run in the background if I turn my screen off... so if you find one, please PM me.
