I wish I could help you out. I have a terabyte of pr0n but nothing like that. Such a specific fetish! I checked out the video, and I was disappointed that she wasn't wearing boots while she was jerking him off.

I remember exactly two clips of that kind. One is with Julie Skyhigh, the other one is somewhat older, Amercan iirc: A boot wearing girl gets her arms tucked in another pair of boots, which are taped in place. Got them both in my collection, but finding them is another story...
