These shoes are here favorite for at work during the summer; both straps are now glued to the innersole from sweat mixed with dirt.
During last years very hot summer (temperatures were above 35 degrees celsius) my wife wore these slingbacks to work every day.
She is a supervisor in a store and she has to wear company clothes which consists of a pair of black trousers and a white blouse, so the black slingbacks really look smart.
My wife has to travel to work with public transport so she wears these shoes from 8.00 till 19.00.
After 10 years of intensive use, during 6 days a week in the summermonths, the slingbacks look like this; Both heelstraps are glued to the innersole, because my wife uses this type of shoes mainly as mules.
She regulerly claims that she could walk a marathon in them.
When we are on holiday, at least two women of my wife's staff use my wife's shoes; They are that comfortable.
