She is the one person outside family that 'got' shoe burning. One afternoon 4 years ago, I was doing a grilling of shoes. When she walked out when I had the cooker..kinda assumed I was grilling for the family and sees the remains of the shoes I had done. She asked all the whys and how longs I thought when she left, because she had been over that afternoon to visit more with my wife. ,she left. She was back over to the house like 45 minutes later with her Reeboks for work, a pair of her white wedge pumps and a pair of leather flip-flops and blue Old Navy flip-flops to be grilled. Thats when I asked her several times that evening for her clogs, but she wasn't ready to'retire' them apparently. Unfortunantly she moved before she wanted them burned,RATS  I don't mean to be a pest, but you got me wondering now about the Crocs Clogs...have you burned any of them??

I have not burned any of those, because I only burn leather shoes. I did find this however.

Thank you for finding the you tube vid :D Stick with burning the leather Clogs,ca'nt tell you how much I enjoyed your sets!!! Got another question, If you dont mind. I have moved to a townhouse with just this little aprtment sized patio. I would love to grill shoes again..but worry about setting it on fire! I don't mind the smoke and smelling like burnt leather, burnt wiring....Suggestions?

I wouldn't take a chance on it. Besides, the neighbors might complain. I live in a house with neighbors far enough away, that the smoke and smell dissipate before going that far.
