The size limits on uploads are as follows:

Upload specification
Image type allowed : Only JPEG files = .jpg
Maximum file size : 400000 bytes


You can right click on your image and click properties to see if it's too large to upload then shrink it down a bit. That will save you the time of the uploader not working for you.

You can use Microsoft office Picture Manager to resize them easily.

You can also use a site like this:
http://www.picresize.com/

simple to use and very quick, you have to save the resized photo, or it will be deleted from their servers in 30 minutes.

A question about attaching/uploading pictures: Isn't it possible to upload more than one picture at once?

for now, pictures can only be uploaded one at a time as far as i know.
