Can anybody tell me what these boots are?

I usually lurk, but I decided that it might be a better idea not to, in this case. You see, I found a nice little pair of boots on OfferUp that I wanted to get ahold of for obvious reasons, given the forum. Alas, as is my typical luck on OfferUp, the seller decided to start ignoring me instead of giving me a location and time to meet up so we could make the sale on the date we agreed on.
Anyway, below are the boots in question, and if anyone could help me identify what they are so I can hunt down a pair, perhaps on Ebay, that would be just amazing.
If not, it's fine. Just thought I'd ask.
