investment banking! I've been to my friend's office once and my gosh, it's like a shoe heaven there! Big brands Louboutins, jimmy choos, ferragamos... u name it they have it lying somewhere casually lying under some hotties' desks.

Really any job that has separate cubicles or offices where you can kind of sneak underneath and look for/grab some shoes to have fun with.
Coming in early/staying late or coming in on weekends can be LOTS of fun.
What I've found is that admin assistants/secretaries/coordinators keep shoes at work because they may want to have flats or other comfortable shoes to walk around in normally, but need heels for meetings sometimes... like if executives are there or something.
One thing to be careful of is security cameras! It's what keeps me from investigating further at my current office. My old office had cameras but the security guard didn't pay attention to the CCTV. Also, he walked around a lot so I'd just have to go to another part of the building to troll for shoes...

Financial firms or legal firms have the best population of well high heeled women. They usually have to follow a strict dress code.
But then you need to find a way to get the heels and the best for this is outside business hours access.
