Shoesession

Can anyone tell me where I can buy a pair of thigh boots that will fit a UK size 9/10 that hasn't got a high heel. Looking for something with low heel and not silly money, under £50 would be good but not set in stone?? Any ideas or help greatly appreciated?

I saw a pair of size 12 (probably US women's size) flat over-knee (about 26 in) boots at an outdoor market which said "Made in Chile", but they are probably of Chinese manufacture. It appears that the foot is leather although the shaft is definitely manmade. I think they were selling for $25. These are the ones that are often suggested to be worn by men at "renaissance" dress-up events. I suppose the quality is reasonable considering the low price. These boots are all of a common pattern and can probably be found in any fetish or costume shop.
