I used to have VHS tapes I would record live tv of anytime I had great boot content live. Oh man, I loved the Tudors. Fantastic series overall, and remember this scene well. I banged my (ex) wife so hard the night we watched this one. An American TV series called "The Pretender" ran from '96 - '00. It involved a man on the run, pursued by "Miss Parker", played by Andrea Parker. She was smug, powerful, and bordered on dominatrix. She frequently wore lots of leather (pants, skirts, gloves), stilettos and boots. One scene, involved placing her stiletto boots in a superiors crotch, and arousing and humiliating him until he provided some wanted information. The clip was on YouTube briefly, but probably provided LOTS of fantasy material for men and adolescents for over a year.

Those are awesome suggestions! Frasier was another one that kinda flew under the radar boots-wise. The actress who played Roz wore them a lot. You know what was always a disappointment to me?? Seinfeld! Would it have killed them to write some boots into the wardrobe at some point?? I'm not sure I remember ANY!
