Washed sand off my feet down the beach this morning and just slid my wet feet back into my black flats. Oh boy, did that make them slappy! Had that wet, slippery ‘thwock’ sound to my left one as it flip flopping off my foot each step.

My shoe kept getting caught some much under my heel this morning I just had to fold the heel cup down and use the flat as a slide basically.

And this is why I had to do that. I just got sick to death of pulling up the crushed heel cup when it collapsed, may as well fold it down so it’s more comfortable! Notice the difference between the left and the right.

Secret fantasy: that someone gives me the keys to the biggest Rubi Shoes in Australia and tells security to take a hike for a night and I get to open it up at midnight with no one around, try on every pair they have and take what I want 🙊
